Regional Award U.S. Department of Labor

2003 - U.S. Department of Labor, Region X, awarded IRCO the Exemplary Public Interest Contribution (EPIC) regional award for the its contributions to diversifying the labor market.

National Award U.S. Department of Labor

2004 - U.S. Department of Labor awarded IRCO the Exemplary Public Interest Contribution (EPIC) national award for its contributions to diversifying the labor market.

Asian Reporter Foundation award for Exemplary Community Volunteers

2006 - Asian Reporter Foundation award for Exemplary Community Volunteers.

Annie E. Casey Foundation

2000 - IRCO was recognized nationally by an Annie E. Casey Foundation-funded study, Relative Strength: A Report on the Family’s Place in Workforce Development Initiatives by Elisabeth King and Mark Elliot (published by Public/Private Ventures, New York), as having one of the very few employment programs serving a full family spectrum in the nation.

Catholic Legal Immigration Network

2000 - IRCO’s Elderly Naturalization Services program was recognized nationally as a Best Model for serving seniors with citizenship assistance in Citizenship for Refugee Elders by Aliza Becker (published by Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc., Washington, D.C., in 2000).
