IRCO serves clients from around the world and strives to provide culturally specific programming in the highest capacity. To do this IRCO operates the IRCO Asian Family Center, IRCO Africa House and the IRCO Senior Services Center in addition to our IRCO Main location.

Asian Family Center

IRCO Asian Family Center provides culturally specific programing for Portland’s Asian and Pacific Islander communities

The IRCO Asian Family Center (AFC) was established in 1994 and provides multilingual/ multicultural, community-based services such as early childhood development services, parent education and support, youth services, anti-poverty assistance and health education programs.
